At Helium, we take all kinds of photos. Some are intended for public display, while others can be extremely personal.

Whatever the case may be, photos taken by Helium will never be accessible by anyone other than their respective clients and our staff, except when the client has given their express, written permission.

Who do we share your details with?

No one!

We retain your contact details in our files for future reference and billing purposes. Occasionally, we may use your details to contact you regarding important information about our products or services. However, these details remain strictly confidential, and will never be given to any third parties, except when we are legally compelled.

Children

In addition to our regular policies regarding our clients' privacy, we require written consent from a parent or legal guardian before taking and/or publishing any photos of children under the age of 18.
